Registration is Now Open For The 2024 AMA Regional West Hare Scrambles Championship Banquet [READ BELOW]
The AMA Regional West Hare Scrambles Banquet will be held on Saturday, December 7th, at Blackmore Ranch in Murrieta, California. Our first-ever banquet will celebrate the Top 3 qualified riders in each championship class, and those qualified riders will take part in a trophy presentation.
Banquet Attire: Warm Cocktail Attire
- The venue is indoor AND outdoor, and while we will have heaters available outside, please come prepared for cool weather.
Banquet Schedule:
- 8am-3pm: Kurt Caselli Ride Day (Optional, bring the entire family for a fun day on two wheels!)
- 4pm: Blackmore Ranch Gates Open
- 4pm-5:45pm: Cocktails, Beer, Wine & Food Trucks
- 6pm: Awards Ceremony Begins
- 8:30pm: Raffle Winners Announced
- 9pm: PARTY!
- 10pm: Banquet Concludes

FAQ’s
Did I qualify for a trophy in the Top 3?
You must have competed in 75% of the season, which is 5 races for 2024. At the final event of the season, all points will be calculated and include your one throw away (except for Pro and Big Wheel racers). Visit our Standings page to see where you stand.
Do I have to go to the Kurt Caselli Ride Day?
No, but we highly encourage you to attend! It’s a GREAT day for the entire family. It’s a FUN day to ride the motocross or off-road track, visit vendors, learn how to ride and more!

- If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend, Temecula Wine Country is very close by, as are great Spa and Dining options.
- The beaches are roughly an hour away, as well as San Diego and the surrounding beach cities.

What if I can’t attend to get my trophy?
- Great question!
- Firstly- if you have a friend going, they can pick up your award for you.
- Otherwise, you may pick it up at the first round of either series in January.
- Shipping trophies is very expensive, however if you can’t wait (we understand!) we will ship them at your expense. Send us an email, and we will arrange it.
