What’s it going to cost me to show up and race?

  • Gate Fee:
    • $10 Per Person for the Weekend
    • 5 & Under Free
    • Camping $25 Per Night/Per Vehicle
  • The race entry fee for this event is:
    • Pro- $150 (50% Payback)
    • Adult- $7
    • Youth- $50
    • Pee Wee- $30
  • AMA Membership
    • $20/Weekend OR $49 (Adult)/$29 (Youth)  for the year

Other Fees

  • For this event, all WHS riders with an approved series number will receive a transponder at no charge at registration.
  • All riders must be an AMA Member. Memberships are available at Registration:
    • Day Pass Membership: $20 (Day Pass may credit towards Annual membership post-event)
    • Annual Membership: $49
  • All riders must run a requested and approved WHS number, or District 36 number for this event. You may request a series number, or simply purchase a single event pre-determined temporary number at registration for $10.

Anything special I need to bring/know for this race?

  • Gate Hours:
    • Friday: 12pm-10pm
    • Saturday: 6am-10pm
    • Sunday: 6am- End of Event
  • Spark Arrestors are required.
  • No Pit Riding, Minors, Alcohol or Dogs in Race Pits
  • Cash, Credit Card and Venmo are accepted.
  • Spark Arrestors are required
  • NO Helmet Camera’s allowed. Camera’s and OTHER ACCESSORIES must be mounted somewhere other than the helmet. Disregarding this rule can result in a DQ
  • Mandatory Riders Meeting 15 Minutes Before Each Start
  • No Ground Fires of Any Kind
  • Must Run WHS or District 36 Numbers (or purchase $10 Temp Numbers)
  • Race Will be Rain Or Shine.

Trophies and Finisher Pin

There will be separate results for WHS & D36 on race day. The top 3 in each WHS class will receive a trophy.

The Terrain

Racers of the Wilseyville Hare Scramble can expect elevation around 3500 feet, and a mix of woods, brush, creeks, rock-hill climbs and a little bit of moto. Weather brings moisture and freeze this time of year, making for a mix of wet and dry conditions.
