Registration is Now Open For The 2025 AMA Regional West Hare Scrambles Championship Banquet [READ BELOW]
The AMA Regional West Hare Scrambles Banquet will be held on Saturday, December 6th, at Glen Helen Raceway in Devore, California. We will celebrate the Top 3 qualified riders in each championship class, and those qualified riders will take part in a trophy presentation.
Banquet Location: Glen Helen Raceway 18585 Verdemont Ranch Rd, San Bernardino, CA 92407
Banquet Attire: WARM Cocktail Attire
- The venue is indoor AND outdoor, and while we will have heaters available outside, please come prepared for cool weather.
Banquet Schedule:
- 8am-4pm: Kurt Caselli Ride Day (Optional, bring the entire family for a fun day on two wheels!)
- 5:00pm Check-in Starts / Bar Opens
- 6:00pm: Doors Open
- 6:30pm: Food Truck Starts
- 7:30pm-9:30pm: Awards Ceremony & Raffles
- 10pm: Banquet Concludes
Banquet Tickets: $50/Adult (12+) / $40/Child (4-11) / 3 and under FREE
Racers and attendees MUST Purchase their tickets online by November 28th. Refunds will not be accepted after November 28th, 2025.

Ride Day Information:
- Each camper must hold a General Admission or Kids ticket for Saturday’s event in addition to the camping pass
- Camping Pass is good for Thurs – Sunday. Dry camping only.
- Thursday campers must arrive before 5:00 PM.
- Friday campers must arrive before 8:00 PM.
- Gates open at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning.
Riding Access
- Thursday: Riders who wish to practice must pay a $35 per bike practice fee directly to Glen Helen Raceway at the gate.
- Friday: No track access or riding is permitted.
- Saturday: Riding is open during official event hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

FAQ’s
Did I qualify for a trophy in the Top 3?
You must have competed in 75% of the season, which is 5 races for 2025. At the final event of the season, all points are calculated and include your one throw away (except for Pro and Big Wheel racers). Visit our Standings page to see where you stand.
Do I have to go to the Kurt Caselli Ride Day?
No, but we highly encourage you to attend! It’s a GREAT day for the entire family. It’s a FUN day to ride the motocross or off-road track, visit vendors, learn how to ride and more! If you do not want to participate in the Ride Day, you can show up to the gate at 4pm, otherwise you will need to pay for the Ride Day Entry Ticket.

What else is there to do in the area?
- If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend, Temecula Wine Country is an hour and a half away.
- The beaches are roughly an hour and a half away, as well as San Diego and the surrounding beach cities.
- Surrounding Moto Tracks include Fox Raceway, Cahuilla Creek MX and Lake Elsinore MX.
- Disneyland and other theme parks are within one-two hours away.

- Great question! You can submit your trophy request HERE, and pick up onsite at the opening rounds of the season. We will not be shipping.
