Round 2 heads north to Jacksonville, Oregon. This is by far one of our most scenic venues and an also amazing camping venue with those “on vacation” vibes. If camping out at this race site doesn’t relax you than we don’t know what will! While camp fires are prohibited there is a community camp fire located by registration in the shape of a heart in order to honor the founder of this club, Mr. Hart. The race course consists of single track and double wide trails that flows through the trees amongst the sides and tops of hills in the Oregon forest.

What’s it going to cost me to show up and race?

  • The race entry fee for this event is:
    • Pro- $150 (50% Payback)
    • Adult- $75
    • Youth- $35
    • Pee Wee- FREE thanks to Applegate Rogue Building Company and Scott & LaVeda Jensen
  • Gate Fee: $20 per vehicle

Other Fees

  • All racers must have a Moto-Tally Transponder – $10 (required and must be place under helmet visor, existing Moto Tally strip is okay to use if in good condition). Moto-Tally transponders typically last for multiple years if maintained properly, and are compatible with any series that also uses Moto-Tally scoring.
  • All riders must be an AMA Member. Memberships are available at Registration:
    • Day Pass Membership: $20 (Day Pass may credit towards Annual membership post-event)
    • Annual Membership: $49
  • All riders must run a requested and approved WHS number, or OMRA number for this event. You may request a series number, or simply purchase a single event pre-determined temporary number at registration for $10.

Anything special I need to bring/know for this race?

  • Spark Arrestors are required. 
  • Fuel mats are required for Pit Row
  • Cash, Credit Card and Venmo are accepted.
  • No Pit Riding.
  • Race will be rain or shine.
  • Camping is limited at the race site. It is highly recommended you find sleeping accommodations around Jacksonville and Medford area as it will be first come first serve parking/camping availability.
  • If camping, very long trailers and motorhomes need to be cautious of tight turns going up and down the hill to the venue.

The Terrain

Racers of the Timber Mountain Hare Scramble can expect to race through single track and double wide trail through the trees.

You’ll find a little bit of everything at the property, from beginner to advanced trails, year-round riding and events, and beautiful dirt and views. Trails vary from sandy and wide double-track, to bermed machine-built trails, to rough and raw hillclimbs and scrambles. We encourage you to explore the maps, or come out for one of our events to get to know the trails!
