What’s it going to cost me to show up and race?

• Entry Fees:
  • Pro- $150 (100% Payback)
  • Amateur- $75
  • Youth- $50
  • Pee-Wee- $40
  • e-MTB Race
    • Expert, Intermediate, Novice, Women- -$30
    • Youth- $20
  • STACYC Race Presented by KTM- FREE (all eBalance bikes welcome!)

• RACER SPECIALS:
  • NEW Racers! 50% Off (Must be NEW to the series with no prior WHS race history)
  • “Bring a Friend”- Get 50% off your entry  (“Friend”must be NEW to the series with no prior WHS race history)
  • NHH Racers- 50% Off your entry (Must be a registered NHH series racer)
  • Canada Racers- 50% Off (Must show your Canadian ID)

• Gate Fees:
  • Car (no camping)- $20/weekend
  • RV/Trailers (camping)- $30/weekend

Other Fees

• All racers must have a Moto-Tally Transponder – $10 (required and must be place under helmet visor, existing Moto Tally strip is okay to use if in good condition). Moto-Tally transponders typically last for multiple years if maintained properly, and are compatible with any series that also uses Moto-Tally scoring.
• All riders must be an AMA Member. Memberships are available at Registration:
  • Day Pass Membership: $20 (Day Pass may credit towards Annual membership post-event)
  • Annual Membership: $49
• All riders must run a requested and approved WHS number. Or, simply purchase a single-event pre-determined temporary number at registration for $10.

Anything special I need to bring/know for this race?

• Spark Arrestors are required. 
• Fuel mats are required for Pit Row
• Cash, Credit Card and Venmo are accepted.
• No Pit Riding.
• Race will be rain or shine.
• All riders may eMTB the race course when there is NOT a race in progress on that course.
• There is camping and a food vendor available onsite
